Carol is a tech sector veteran, respected Identity and Access Management specialist, former Microsoft MVP, and occasional rock violinist. She’s produced a mountain of technical documentation in her time, countless blog posts and forum articles, but her only writing accolade came from a teacher who described her story about a restaurant and the Queen as “the best thing written by a second grader I’ve ever read”. She lives in Canberra, Australia with her husband, a spoilt cat, and all the beautiful birds and reptiles that visit their garden.
